Booking rules

  • The guest can not cancel his / her reservation free of charge within 1 week prior to arrival, the fee is the full value of the reservation
  • It is not possible to change the reservation within 1 week before arrival (eg if an apartment is booked for 4 people but only 2 people arrive. In this case, the full price of the booking for 4 people must be paid!)
  • In case of non show, the full amount of the reservation will be refunded to the host, unless otherwise agreed by the guest with the manager of the accommodation

House Rules

  • the accommodation can be booked free of charge on the day of arrival from 14:00 to 20:00, it is only possible to check-in at a different time if this has been agreed in advance by e-mail, telephone or at the reception
  • If the guest does not show up by 20:00 and has not indicated this in advance in any of the contact options, we are not able to stay on a given day
  • the accommodation can be left free of charge until 10:00 on the day of departure, if the guest wishes to do so later, please indicate this intention at the reception, by phone or e-mail the previous night.
  • If the guest does not leave the accommodation by 10:00 without prior arrangement and approval of the reception, he/she is obliged to pay 10 euros for each hour started after that!
  • after 22:00 in the evening, no sound is forbidden! (eg music, singing, driving, shouting, etc.)
  • after 22:00 in the evening, it is FORBIDDEN to use the sauna, grill, stove and to light a fire for any purpose! In all cases, the use of these must be agreed with the reception in advance!
  • If the guest’s clothing is muddy or soiled due to hiking, sports or work to such an extent as to disturb others, the guest is obliged to change it and only then use the public areas, eg smokers, yard, garden, car park, terraces, dining room, etc.…
  • it is FORBIDDEN to be in the above-mentioned public spaces when you are heavily drunk or intoxicated!
  • The guest is obliged to take care of the tools, equipment and cleanliness of the guesthouse, for which she is financially responsible, eg: bicycles, toys, sauna, etc .. we also ask that the muddy boots be removed and cleaned after hiking and working before entering on the carpet in the rooms, apartments or staircase. You can ask for help at any time!
  • Smoking is allowed only in the designated area. If the guest smokes in the room, apartment or staircase, he/she is obliged to reimburse the deodorization procedure of the given room with an ozone generator, he/she is obliged to pay 50 euros!
  • Guests who do not have a valid reservation in the guesthouse can be received only after prior arrangement at the reception, otherwise, it is FORBIDDEN!
  • The reception is open 24 hours a day. If the door is closed, please call the phone number there! We will call you back in any case!
